Shipping policy


Overview

Our shipping policy is standard shipping, this means you could receive your merchandise from 24 hours to 7 seven business days after your order has been realized.

Section 2 – Delivery Time

Orders made on business days (Monday to Friday) before 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Orders made after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day. Delivery time may vary depending on the option you choose at checkout. For domestic deliveries, it typically ranges from 2 to 5 business days.

Please note that during holiday periods and promotional seasons, delivery times may vary. In remote areas, delivery times may be longer depending on the courier.

Section 4 – Shipping Address

Your order will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout. You can request a change of address as long as the order has not yet been shipped; however, this may affect the delivery time.

If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier service will make 2 to 3 delivery attempts and leave a notification. After these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and we can resend it to you once the shipping cost has been covered again.

Section 5 – Delivery Method

We use certified courier services such as Estafeta, FedEx, DHL, Redpack, or UPS. Depending on the product and shipping address, we will choose the best available courier.

Section 6 – Shipping Notification

Once your order is approved and your payment has been verified, we will notify you via email, text message, or messenger (depending on your selection at checkout) about the progress of your order. When your package is shipped, we will send you the tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Section 7 – Receiving Your Order

Upon receiving your order, please verify that your products are complete and in good condition. If not, please refer to our return policy. If possible, record a video of the unboxing for any future clarification.
